      Return Policy

      PK Mart International follows the policy of instant return and total refund of the products the customers are not satisfied of. But the company adheres to certain conditions to be observed by the customers while returning items or demanding a refund:

      • The purchased item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
      • If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, it should be returned along with its original packaging, price tags, accessories, warranty card, and user guide,

      If the company finds that the product which is being returned is not in its original condition, it’s tampered or damaged, the company reserves the right not to take it back or offer any refund.

      Grounds of Return & Refund Timeline

      • The item is marginally scratched, broken, or faulty.
      • Wrong or item with missing parts has been sent to the customer,
      • The customer wants to get the purchased item exchanged for a another brand,
      • The purchased item can be returned and refunded within a week of purchase.
